AED 1,000.00

Clear

We are now live with the VAT rules within the UAE and following on from the success of our introductory VAT courses we recognise that many of our delegates have a need for support and guidance when dealing with VAT in ‘Business As Usual’. To this end we have prepared this course to provide assistance in understanding typical issues that you may encounter in your daily business routines which have tax touch points. Law firms like any other business strive to achieve a successful return on investment on their operating activities. A lot of time and effort is invested in improving results through various means, and VAT mitigation is another effective cost-saving strategy of which law firms and practitioners need to be aware.

Having sufficient knowledge when dealing with the complexities of VAT mitigation is key. Handling matters such as avoidance of negative tax exposure to Cashflow and appropriate exception management will help ensure the operations of a business are not placed in jeopardy due to a significant adverse impact to Cashflow, or the imposing of penalties by the authorities. This course aims to provide delegates with an insight into the detailed processing of VAT and its challenges.
